Terms of service for avatar work
1. I maintain the right to cancel a commission at any time.
2. I maintain the right to modify my TOS at any time
3.By agreeing to a commission you acknowledge that all modified files and assets will remain private (You are purchasing the avatar not the files)
4. Upon completion of the commission the quoted total will be due. Upon payment the avatar will be upload, or textures sent. No refund will be available at this point
5. Any money sent to purchase an avatar or assets related to the comm is unable to be refunded
6. Commissioned work will be used for future advertising on social media, and my gallery page unless a previous agreement is made.
7. Any character you wish to use in a commission MUST be owned by you NO EXCEPTIONS
8. I will not make Discriminatory content.
9. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY MY WORK EVER BE USED FOR NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).
10.My work is not to be used as input to, as accessory to, or in any media of any kind involving generative AI.
